Hey, Nadia. Congratulations! What a wonderful idea to have your own website/blog. Am thrilled,as I have just started to cook and have been browsing recipe websites for simple, easy to cook meals. As you know, I can’t be standing up for too long in the kitchen. So, how about a couple of recipes particularly for someone who cannot have any dried fruits/nuts and fresh vegetables? I can have anything that’s cooked, and well-cooked at that. No pressure,though:-D
Love, Laila.
Thanks so much Laila! I will think of some recipes for you! Hope all is well with you! Been praying for you and everything will be fine inshallah! Love, Nadia

Hi Nadia, I went to high school with your sister and found the link to this blog on her facebook page. It’s amazing! I just started living on my own and learning to cook for myself this year. I love making recipes and the ones on your blog are so inspiring! I’m dying to try the ricotta pizza. The pictures are gorgeous too- do you take them all yourself?
Hi Rebecca, Thanks so much for your kind words! Iβve always liked to eat but have gotten more into cooking since Iβve gotten married. Living on your own kind of forces you to start cooking. Plus, cooking at home is so much healthier and economical! I do take all the pictures myself. I am glad you like them because I think they need a lot of improvement ;). Keep checking back and donβt hesitate to ask me any questions!
I recently discovered your blog, you have the most amazing dishes on here. And the care you spend on the details and photographs is just incredible. I searched a lot for a good desi food blog/site and now finally found yours. I’m from Pakistan as well. from Lahore the city of deliciously food. No residing in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
One question, have you attended any culinary school or are you self-taught ? I really liked your “Summer Pearl Couscous” recipe haven’t tried it yet, but I soon will.
Anyways Nadia, thanks for doing this, you’re doing a wonderful job.
What a delightful blog! Your recipes are fabulous looking, and your photographs are beautiful, making me so hungry. Ah, the lucky people among your family and friends who get to help you stay thin!
Thank you for sharing, I’ll forward to visiting and trying to make some of these dishes, myself (I have a feeling it won’t come out the same, though) ..
This is the first time I’ve seen your blog and I love it! Onetribegourmet is a dear friend of mine (I’ve done 2 guest recipes on her site) and she recommended I check yours out.
I thoroughly enjoyed your lobster ravioli blog especially because I went to undergrad in Rhode Island and I loved every minute of it. It was so great to read about the seafood culture and the places that served such great food, not just on Federal Hill.
I don’t follow many more blogs but look forward to reading more on yours!
O my God….my mouth is still open with awe and admiration ! ur pics are too good , I ve yet to read a recipe ! I am going over pics like crazy…u ve put in so much hard work there . U must be very artistic by nature . Awsme blog !
